Large Cell Lymphoma in Stomach

The large cell lymphoma is in the middle toward the top. On the left are residual gastric glands; on the right is a reactive infiltrate of smaller lymphoid cells that mark as T-cells.

The large lymphoid cells are a little dim--they are seen best in the lower right corner. No stigmata of a MALT-type lymphoma are seen here or elsewhere, such as lymphoepithelial lesions, naked reactive germinal centers, or a neoplastic B-cell small lymphocytic component.
