Follicular Lymphoma Look-Alikes

Follicular lymphoma: the nodules are tightly packed, only moderately well-defined with an absence of mantle zones, and homogeneous in size and shape.

Proliferation centers in small lymphocytic lymphoma: the nodules are vague.

Reactive follicular hyperplasia: the nodules are sharply defined with mantle zones (hard to see here at low power), loosely packed, and heterogeneous in size if not shape.
