The pale, pink patches are sinuses filled with histiocytes in this obturator lymph node draining a cancerous prostate.
The sinus on the right is loosely filled with lymphocytes and histiocytes. The left dumb-bell shaped sinus is packed with histiocytes.
A sinus stuffed with histiocytes with fluffy cytoplasm and poorly-defined cell borders. Note these are not epithelioid histiocytes.
